At the UK Flavour Association we are committed to providing a professional and high-quality service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we would like to hear from you so that we can address your concerns and improve our service.

Please provide your name, contact details, and details of your complaint, including any relevant information or documentation.

If your complaint relates to how we handle your personal data, please state this when contacting us and we will investigate in accordance with our data protection obligations.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 15 working days and aim to provide a full response within 30 working days. Where further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of progress and provide an updated timescale.

We take all complaints seriously and will seek to resolve matters fairly, promptly, and professionally.
