The UK Flavour Association is pleased to invite stakeholders to register for Flavour Day 2026, taking place on Thursday 7 May 2026 at the Wellcome Collection, London.
This full-day event (10.00am – 4.00pm) will bring together researchers, sensory scientists and flavour professionals to explore the latest developments in taste, aroma and flavour perception.
Flavour Day 2026 will showcase cutting-edge research and real-world insights, highlighting how flavour shapes our experience of food and how science continues to advance our understanding of it.

Delegates will hear from leading experts including Dr Laura Wilkinson (Swansea University / Prifysgol Abertawe), Prof. Martin Yeomans (University of Sussex), Jimena Gomez de la Flor (European Flavour Association (EFFA)), Duncan Boak (SmellTaste), Dr Nicole Yang (University of Nottingham) and Paul Wicks, who will share a personal testimony of participating in a flavour perception trial, offering valuable insight into the lived experience behind this emerging area of research.
There will also be opportunities to network with colleagues from across the flavour sector and engage in discussion throughout the day.
